Welcome to SoulFit, I’m Savi!

I was born and raised in New Hampshire and it will always be home. My little family and I did decided to move to FL due to some new opportunities and It’s been one wild ride after the next. I am also a mom of one, a beautiful little girl who is my whole world. She changed everything for me when I was at a very low point and headed down a bad path. To say the least, she was the light at the end of a very, very dark tunnel.

My fitness journey started when I was young and started running to clear my head. I quickly learned that it was an essential part of my day. It has grown into what it is now after learning that I could help others find their passion in life through fitness. It didn’t happen overnight, but after many years of hard work and powering through the hard stuff, here we are 10 years later.

Everyone has their own battles and chapters of their lives that they don’t like to talk about but those are the times that made us make a change, am I right? Every decision you make takes you down a path that leads to finding yourself.
